Why let someone get away with a free ride? We need to stop fraud, and you can help. If you suspect someone of insurance fraud, pick up the phone and call one of the following numbers. Your call could help uncover or prevent insurance crime.

If your call involves someone insured with Utica National, please call our toll-free and confidential FRAUD HOTLINE, 1-888-50-FRAUD. (Call any weekday during our business hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. If our investigator is not available when you call or if you call outside regular business hours, you may simply leave a message.)
If you do not know who the insurance carrier is, then call the NICB (National Insurance Crime Bureau) at 1-800-TEL-NICB or visit their web page at www.nicb.org.
